This notice explains how personal data is processed through DOM1NATE.WORLD under Articles 12–14 GDPR and applicable Italian law.
1. Data we process

2. Public information
Verified Move content and payment amount are intentionally public and may be indexed, copied or shared by others. Do not submit private contact details, special-category data or confidential material. Removal from DOM1NATE.WORLD cannot guarantee removal of copies controlled by search engines or third parties.
3. Required and optional information
Name or brand, description, arena, amount and the required contract confirmations are necessary to purchase a Move. Website and logo are optional. Without required information we cannot provide the Service.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by Stripe (Checkout and payment), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting, functions and technical logs), professional advisers and competent authorities where legally required. Participant content is disclosed publicly as described above. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where Chapter V GDPR applies, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard made available by the relevant provider. Information about applicable safeguards can be requested by email.
6. Cookies and external Checkout
The current website does not intentionally deploy advertising or profiling cookies. Necessary storage, network logs and security mechanisms may be used to deliver the site. Stripe Checkout is hosted by Stripe and may use its own necessary or consent-based technologies under Stripe’s notice. If DOM1NATE.WORLD later adds non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, they will not be activated before the required information and consent controls are implemented.
7. Automated processing
Rank is calculated automatically from verified paid amount, timing and the Board Rules. This produces a public placement requested by the participant and is not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects. Security and fraud signals may be automated and reviewed where appropriate.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email dom1nateworld.official@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent EEA authority.
9. Security and updates
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. This notice may be updated when processing or law changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
