How a Move works.

DOM1NATE.WORLD is a paid promotional leaderboard. It is not an editorial ranking, popularity poll, investment, contest, lottery or guarantee of advertising results.

1. Choose an arena

A participant selects one active arena: Global, Creators, Brands or Startups. Global is open to everyone; Creators is for influencers, artists and public talent; Brands is for companies and products; Startups is a special arena for emerging teams and innovative ideas. Each arena has its own independent ranking and leading amount. A Move paid for one arena does not rank in another. A participant may also select an optional continent—Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America or Oceania—for regional discovery. The continent is a filter and does not create a separate contract or change the arena’s global podium.

2. Amount and podium

After verified payment, eligible Moves are ordered by paid amount from highest to lowest. If amounts tie, the earlier verified Move ranks first. The live podium shows #1, #2 and #3. Regional filters show eligible Moves from the selected continent but do not replace the official arena podium. A Move outside the podium may remain in history but is not guaranteed a visible live position. A rank can change immediately when another valid Move is fulfilled.

3. What is public

A verified Move may display the submitted name or brand, description, optional logo, optional website, selected arena, paid amount, rank and verification time. Do not submit confidential information, private contact details or content you are not authorised to publish.

4. Eligible submissions

You must be at least 18 and authorised to represent the submitted content and destination. Listings must be accurate and lawful. The destination must identify its responsible operator where applicable and must not be malware, phishing, deceptive, impersonating or designed to hide its true destination.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent, exploitative or infringing content.
• Counterfeits, unauthorised streaming or misuse of trademarks, copyright, identity or publicity rights.
• Offers requiring licences the submitter does not hold, including regulated financial, medical, gambling, weapons or similar services.
• Sexually explicit or adult-platform content, concealed destinations, malicious downloads or unsafe links.
• Scraping beyond ordinary browsing, bypassing security or rate limits, manipulating rankings or payments, or interfering with the Service.

6. Review and enforcement

We may verify, refuse, delay, recategorise, hide or remove content when reasonably required by law, these Rules, a rights complaint, fraud prevention, payment-provider requirements or safety. We may request evidence of authority. Mandatory consumer remedies and the Refund Policy continue to apply.

7. No endorsement or promised result

Placement means only that a paid Move was verified under these Rules. DOM1NATE.WORLD does not endorse or certify the participant or destination and does not promise visits, revenue, customers, followers, search position or any other result.

8. Reporting

Report unlawful content, impersonation, unsafe links or intellectual-property concerns to dom1nateworld.official@gmail.com. Include your contact details, the listing and destination, the issue, supporting information and your authority to submit the report.
