Terms of service.

These Terms govern access to DOM1NATE.WORLD and each purchase of a paid public-ranking placement called a “Move”. They work together with the Board Rules, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit or pay for a Move.

1. What the Service is

DOM1NATE.WORLD is a paid promotional ranking board. A participant chooses an available arena, submits a name or brand, description, optional logo and optional website, and chooses the amount to pay. After payment is securely verified, the Move is ranked under the Board Rules. A listing is paid advertising placement, not an editorial review, certification, popularity measure, recommendation, investment, contest, lottery or endorsement.

A Move does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, media exposure, search-engine performance, exclusivity, a particular duration or a permanent rank. Other verified Moves may outrank it.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You may submit only content, brands and destinations that you own or are authorised to represent. You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions and the Rules.

3. Price, ranking and contract formation

Prices are stated in US dollars. The initial minimum is $49 USD for Global, $19 USD for Creators and Brands, and $9 USD for Startups. An optional continent may be selected for regional discovery without changing the price or creating a separate podium. To obtain the current #1 position in an arena, a Move must be at least $1 USD above that arena’s current verified #1 amount. The exact amount and total charged are shown before payment. Currency conversion, card-issuer fees or applicable taxes may be handled or displayed by the relevant provider.

Clicking the final payment button submits an offer to purchase the described placement. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms successful payment and DOM1NATE.WORLD accepts and processes the Move. Rank is determined at verified fulfilment time; concurrent payments may mean the position differs from the one visible when Checkout began. Ties are resolved in favour of the earlier verified Move.

4. Stripe and payment records

Stripe processes Checkout and card information under its own terms and privacy notice. DOM1NATE.WORLD does not receive or store full card numbers. We receive payment identifiers, amount, currency and status needed to verify and fulfil the Move. Failed, reversed, disputed or fraudulent payments may result in refusal, suspension or removal.

5. Immediate performance and withdrawal

Where you are a consumer, you expressly request that processing and publication begin immediately after payment. When the paid service has been fully performed, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal only if all conditions required by applicable law have been satisfied, including your prior express request and acknowledgement. If those conditions are not satisfied, or a mandatory right cannot be waived, that right remains available. The Refund Policy explains how to contact us and includes a model withdrawal request.

6. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of submitted materials. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, link and retain those materials only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote and document the board. You confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing and does not impersonate another person or organisation.

7. Moderation and removal

We may refuse, delay, recategorise, hide, suspend or remove a Move when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Rules, comply with law or provider requirements, respond to a rights complaint, address fraud or security, or protect users and platform integrity. Any refund consequence is governed by mandatory law and the Refund Policy; nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory remedy.

8. Third-party destinations

Participant links leave DOM1NATE.WORLD. We do not control or endorse those destinations and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, security or privacy practices. Report unlawful, unsafe, infringing or impersonating listings to dom1nateworld.official@gmail.com.

9. Availability and changes

The Service may experience errors, maintenance or interruption. Arenas, minimums and ranking features may change for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively and will be identified by an updated effective date. Terms accepted for a completed payment remain applicable to that transaction except where a change is required by mandatory law.

10. Liability

Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, the operator is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party destinations, or a rank change caused by another valid Move. For users acting for business purposes, aggregate liability connected with a Move is limited to the amount paid for that Move, except where such limitation is prohibited.

11. Governing law and disputes

Italian law governs these Terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings before the courts designated by mandatory consumer law, including the court of their residence or domicile where applicable. Business users agree to the courts having jurisdiction at the operator’s place of establishment, subject to mandatory law. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a complaint.

12. General

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Rules, Privacy Notice, Refund Policy and Checkout information form the agreement for a Move.
